*SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: The satisfaction guarantee is in place to ensure osteo2you maintains the highest standards of care. If you are unsure about whether we can help you, you can can be confident that your appointment will not be time or money wasted because if you are not satisfied** we will not charge you for your session.
**Satisfied means you are pleased with the professional care provided by the practitioner. This includes the consultation, diagnosis, explanation, education and advice offered during your session. It does NOT mean that if you are not 100% better after your treatment that it will be FREE of charge. This would be unreasonable and is unrealistic due to the complex nature of the human body. Your symptoms are never that simple. This will be explained by your practitioner. If you feel that your practitioner does not provide you with adequate explanation or advice then you should discuss this. If you are still not satisfied then you will not be obliged to pay for your session. We are confident that this will never be the case because of the exceptionally high standards set by osteo2you. The skills and knowledge of your practitioner should be of the highest quality.
Please be aware that osteopathy is not guaranteed to work for every person. If you are not responding as expected within evidence-based medical guidelines, your practitioner will refer you to your GP or the appropriate consultant. Please also be aware that sometimes your symptoms can get worse before they get better. This is a normal part of the healing response. It will be explained by your practitioner. Therefore, if you do feel worse after treatment this is not an indication that the treatment was poor, in fact this is often a sign that the body is healing properly.
